This web site provides information about class action litigation against Yahoo! Inc., in connection with Yahoo!'s placement of advertisers' ads into certain programs and sites operated by third-parties, including spyware vendors and typosquatters, allegedly in violation of Yahoo!'s contractual promises to advertisers. This site is maintained by counsel to the class.
